Background
Anja worked in the banking sector for seventeen years. After a personal experience as a stepmother, she retrained and became Belgium's first stepparent coach. The Highly Connected programme differs from classic couples therapy or coaching in three ways: Anja works with one person instead of the couple, she doesn't work by the hour but is available throughout the year, and every programme starts with a personal profile of the client.
- 100%-100% philosophy: a relationship isn't about splitting things 50-50, but about two people who each take full responsibility for their own part.
- No billing by the hour: alongside scheduled sessions of about 90 minutes, clients can reach out in between via WhatsApp, voice messages or an extra call whenever something comes up.
- Personal Manual: a tailor-made document based on four perspectives: Human Design, MBTI, connection language (love languages) and a values test.
